A Wedding at the Ciociaro Club
As a wedding photographer, one of the most rewarding aspects of my job is the opportunity to witness and capture the love and joy shared by couples on their special day. Recently, I had the privilege of photographing a beautiful wedding at The Ciociaro Club in Old Castle, Ontario, which in my opinion is Windsor, Ontario. This stunning venue provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration, and I'm excited to share some highlights and my experience with you. The Ciociaro Club: A Unique Venue
The Ciociaro Club is a unique wedding venue in Windsor, Ontario. Known for its elegant event spaces and lush surroundings, the club offers a classic and timeless atmosphere for weddings and other special occasions. The venue's picturesque gardens and well-appointed rooms create an idyllic setting for capturing beautiful moments that couples will cherish forever. The most notable room of the Ciociaro club is the main entrance with their huge stairs and amazing colours. It is something that can not be described, but best seen.
A Day to Remember
The day began with capturing the bride and groom's preparations. The natural light filtering through the windows of the bridal suite set the stage for candid shots of the bride and her bridesmaids getting ready. Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen shared laughs and excitement as they prepared for the big moment. The ceremony took place at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Amherstburg, Ontario. This church is beyond stunning with their unique painted ceilings high ceilings!
Exploring the Grounds
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds and I took a walk around the club's breathtaking building. The clean and neutral coloured walls of the building provided a perfect backdrop for romantic portraits and consistent wedding party photos. It was a joy to capture the couple's love and connection against such a stunning setting.
A Festive Reception
The reception was held in one of the club's largest banquet hall, which had been elegantly decorated to match the couple's vision. The room was filled with laughter, music by DJ Victoriouss Entertainment Group, photo booth by Flash Frame Events, and heartfelt speeches from family and friends. As the couple shared their first dance, in the fog of dry ice and sparklers provided by DJ VIctoriouss, their guests were left in awe as I focused on capturing the energy and emotion of the evening.
My Approach to Wedding Photography
Photographing a wedding is about more than just taking pictures; it's about telling a story. My approach involves blending into the background to capture candid, spontaneous moments, while also guiding the couple through posed shots when needed. The goal is to create a visual narrative that reflects the couple's unique love story.
